Student Exchange Program Online Application Form

Required information:
- Personal information
- Contact details and address
- Emergency contact details
- Academic information
- Exchange information
Required documents (pdf files):
- Passport or ID copy
- Academic transcript (all semesters)
- Learning agreement before mobility (or list of courses for non EU students)
- Langage certificate (university certificates are accepted)
- Health coverage (for EU students)
Important:

The courses offered are subject to achieve the required quota of participants at the opening of the course.
